Seeking a professional, prompt, and courteous individual with basic home maintenance, handyman, and management skills for a 50 unit multifamily property.
This is a long-term position. We are looking for someone consistent and reliable.
ON-SITE HOUSING OFFERED: 2 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment.
Projects include:
1. Basic home repairs and tenant maintenance requests
2. Apartment renovations
3. Capital improvement projects
*Reliable transportation required
*Must have your own tools
COMPENSATION:
- Pay is $2,000/month
- 10% rent discount (rent based on market rent)
- $50 for each newly leased apartment
- Bonus up to $750, twice per year, based on performance
