Mover Helper and Handyman from Gardena to Lomita

I need a mover helper to move small items and things in large trash bags and rolling storage carts. Also need to move bedroom furniture only (Large TV, draws, full size bed). When moved need computer and printer hooked up to WIFI, and TV hooked up to soundbar. Also, frame on wheels put together for bed. On low income and don't want to pay high moving company costs. A Handyman with a truck would work.
