Description

Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading and packing slips. Load and Unload materials on the Receiving Floor. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments and records shortages. Operates a pallet jack, electric pallet jack and forklift. Enters receipts into daily log book. Enters receipts into Warehouse Management System (depending upon client and/or material). Ensure all receipts are received accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that Receiving Procedures are followed at all times. Physical tasks are required to perform the job: standing, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc. Monday- Friday 8 A.M to 4 :30 P.M
