We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service friendly individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill a Lead Service Technician need at our property. As the lead maintenance technician, you’ll be responsible for over seeing work orders are completed, preventative maintenance is scheduled, turns are organized. You’ll work with the members of the maintenance team to ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet company standards. Monday- Friday 8-5 with rotating on call weekends ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintenance of the community • Daily inspection of the property for curb appeal, condition and safety issues to meet Inspection • Help with vacant home turns for market ready condition according to quality standards • Complete service requests from residents and team members same. MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: • Valid Driver's License
