Hoping to find a lead vocalist who can play some guitar too. I'm not a lead vocalist, but I play guitar and sing harmonies. Youthful 60s. All acoustic these days. I know my way around the guitar (lead and rhythm).
It's not just all about the Beatles, but they’re a great place to start for two guitars and voices. I have tons of other acoustic two-guitar arrangements and harmonies up my sleeve, familiar classic rock/clever popular tunes, some blues, maybe interesting country. I love B-sides. Interesting stuff that makes people pay attention and/or sing along.
- First goal is to jam acoustically, for fun and keep the skills intact. Probably practice weekly.
- Second goal is to play open mics now and then as a strong duo.
Sorry, I have zero interest in frequent gigs or originals. Please tell me what you can sing and play. Let's swap lists of stuff that we can nail together right now.
Forest Grove, Hillsboro or nearby would be great. What are you thinking?
