JLP Services is a commercial general contractor looking for someone to provide general field support for various tasks such as general job-site cleanup, assisting painters and carpenters, material deliveries, shop cleanup and minor equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will: - Have good organizational skills - Have reliable transportation, clean driving record and no criminal background - Be able to drive and maneuver a pick up truck with a trailer attached - Have basic hand tools - Communicate well in English - Present themselves well in a professional work environment - Be able to communicate via text messaging and email - Know their way around the Sacramento Area General knowledge of construction materials and uses a big PLUS. Medical and dental benefits available after probationary period. Retirement plan available after certain employment requirements are met. Great entry level job. Training is available for the right candidate. Position reports directly to the Project Manager and is a great catalyst for someone wanting to learn the construction trade.
