6th Studios and Art Center is a nonprofit art organization located in the heart of Downtown Gilroy. We offer affordable resources to local artists like classroom space, workshop space, art market booths, exhibition space and studio spaces. We are holding our first outdoor Art Market on June 27th from 10-2pm. 10x10 booth spaces are $50, and a table space is $25. (booths and tables not provided, tables are available to rent for $15.) Any handmade items can be sold, as long as you are the maker! Please remember that in order to sell in Gilroy, you need a resale license and business license. We are looking for art teachers! We have a great classroom, and workshop (indoor and outdoor) for teachers to host classes. If you had a great idea for an art class, and an audience get in touch with us! Our spaces start at $35/hr. We have ONE studio left for rent. It is a 10x14 with a HUGE 4'x8' window in our warehouse. Lots of beautiful natural lighting, coded door, biometric locks for the building, and WIFI. Utilities included.
