Empty cottage basement

(This is not a junk removal job) The cottage basement needs to be emptied so we can begin renovations. There are yard tools, ladders, kayaks, pallets, rafts, oars, etc. in a 4" crawl space. The items are to be pulled out, and neatly organized about 20 yards away, so the contractors can do their work. I can help with a few heavier items, if needed. Make sure that you know where East Otis is before responding! Looking for someone today or tomorrow. I would plan on a couple of hours to do it properly. $150.00
