Help build a company by putting your expertise into shaping the company.  Do you know the “in’s and out’s” of installing gutters and are looking for the opportunity to manage a team of helpers in installing 10-15+ gutter jobs per week? Want to have a hand in growing our book of business through operational efficiencies and putting your expertise to work in the sales realm? We are looking to hire a General Manager with gutter experience to treat this operation like their own: DUTIES: Crew Management: •Maintain and coordinate both tear off and install of gutter systems for our General Contractor clients.   •Efficiently routing helpers to maintain projects’ completion in a timely manner both with weather and client constraints.  •Ensure a quality job through site visits and working hands on with helpers.  •Ensure job site cleanliness during and after the project.  Business Development: •Contact and present our services to General Contractor’s  •Meeting and closing B2C meeting (directly selling to homeowners or building owners) •Maintain a great relationship with all of our current and future clients.  Driving Responsibilities •Owning a truck is a plus but not required- mileage will be compensated •Must maintain a clean driving and criminal record.  HOURS AND PAY: This is not your typical 9-5. We work until the job is done right. You will have long days/weeks and must be available to handle issues before and after the start of the standard work day. There are slow times of the year where you will be less busy.  Base pay starting at $60,000+ based on experience along with profit share available with tenure.  Come join our team and make your mark within the company.
