Description

We are looking for a maintenance person to oversee 29 rental units (most are combined properties). Must be able to do plumbing, minor electrical, and all handiwork including drywall, paint, cleaning, exterior maintenance, and landscaping. This position will have guaranteed wages for 40 hours per month whether those hours are worked or not. If more than the allotted hours are worked than you will earn hourly beyond those hours.
