Description: Technicians interact with customers, prospects and management. They provide professional pest control services, maintain records, show expertise, answer questions, set customer expectations, and keep the customer informed. Technicians provide positive customer experiences. In addition, they maintain a professional appearance, which includes their equipment, vehicle, clothing and self. Technicians need excellent communication skills. The technician is critical to the success of our company. License/training: Obtain technician license with state of Missouri, maintain technician status by attending required ongoing state requirement seminars, attend training sessions as requested and extensive on the job training. There is opportunity for growth, expansion and ownership for the right person over time. As a Pest Management company, we are respectful of the requirements of the customer locations. We have also provided sanitation and sterilizing services for commercial locations, hotels, apartment complexes and others upon request for a fee.
