Centerpoint Landscaping Services Inc is currently seeking a Crew Leader. The crew leader will ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by Centerpoint. We concentrate in maintenance of commercial, industrial, residential and HOA properties. We are a growing company looking for individuals who would like to work with us long term. Expectations: • Supervise truck/trailer setup daily and manage equipment and supplies for landscape maintenance projects • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to operate a wide range of equipment, from gas powered machines to hand tools • Experience with fertilizers, pesticides, aeration and seeding. • Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager • Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed • Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded • Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work • Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order • Completes landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, weed control, clean-ups, trimming and pruning • Complete projects such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application and lawn seeding Requirements: • Valid Nevada driver's license, with clean driving record • 3+ years’ experience in Landscape Maintenance • Must be able to operate all maintenance equipment • Bilingual in English & Spanish a PLUS • Ability to prioritize and multitask; Good organizational skills with an eye for detail Job Type: • Full-time THURSDAY - MONDAY (WEEKENDS A MUST) Pay: • $14.00 to $17.00 /hour o **Compensation based on qualifications and experience. ** TO APPLY COME DOWN TO OUR OFFICE AT 309 W LAKE MEAD PKWY HENDERSON, NV 89015 UPSTAIRS SUITE 250 TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE INTERVIEWED 9AM-4PM MONDAY - THURSDAY
