Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers to join our team in EL PASO, TEXAS. ** Civil Construction Experience -Utility Laborers: Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for pipe laying Pipe Layers: Experience in large diameter underground work (24" and greater) - sewer, water, storm drain pipe installation with PVC, steel, ductile, and concrete, and fiberglass pipe. Misc. Operators: rubber tire backhoe, mini excavator, bobcat, loader -Must be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain for the purpose of performing the duties outlined above. -Must work in all weather conditions and be prepared for both extreme heat and cold-Must be able to work independently and maintain a schedule of work. -Exceptional attendance record-Must be available to work Overtime -Ability to stand, squat, stoop, bend, lift for extended periods of time Email your resume or Contact information Full time - OVER TIME HOURS.
