black Juiced City Scrambler stolen from Harrison and Summit in Capitol Hill. I had a really good lock on it and the bastards managed to grind it off anyway. It happened around 2am, June 8th. attaching a picture.If anyone has any information, please contact me. I really appreciate it. Thanks.
