Hi there. I’m in over my head. I got this sweet girl last Wednesday. I had a whole lot of life happen literally 2 days later. I think it’s the universe saying it’s not my time to have a dog yet unfortunately. All I’m asking for is the rehoming fee I paid for her Wednesday and you can just have her kennel(it’s a large one), food, toys, etc (over $500 worth of stuff). She really is a sweet girl and I know German Shepherds get attached to people really easily so if I’m going to do this, I need to do it now before she gets too attached. She has been very socialized since I got her and does well around my kiddo. She’s curious about my cat but my cat has not allowed any type of introduction to occur. He’s an old grump. We’ve been working on walking on a leash, she knows sit very well, and sometimes she will play fetch already. We’ve also worked on some manners in the car. She takes a little convincing but after a few minutes she calms down and lays down in her seat. She’s a light colored Shepard so far but she keeps getting darker. Her mom was 65 lbs and her dad, 100 lbs. she she’s gunna be a big girl. I’ve been calling her Gypsy. (But obviously, I’ve had her less than a week so there’s plenty of time for you to rename her what you want). I just want what’s best for her, and I’m not sure I’m that right now.
