Residential, Exterior Wood Finishing and Painting. I am in need, of an individual, who is confident with power tools, on the ground or at heights. We have specialized in the trades for 33 years focusing on virtually any request; however, our niche is Custom Wood Homes and Log Homes mostly. The opportunity encompasses mainly of restoring/re-coating/re-sealing of wood homes. Therefore, the work experience is very physical requiring dexterity, balance and common sense. 9/10 contracts are outside, in the foothills between Littleton, Evergreen and Golden (currently in Idledale & Indian Hills). 9/10 projects are Residential Redo (Aftermarket verses New Construction). We spend a significant amount of our efforts maintaining structures we have already restored, repaired and/or rebuilt. Professional Painting Experience is a plus, along with a Positive Mental Attitude and the curiosity to learn and work well with others. Compatibility is a priority.
