Learn about trees while you work outside. We are currently hiring climber trainees and ground technicians. Pay commensurate with experience. Start at $15/hr with no experience. Valid driver’s license required. We offer a clear pathway to earn more money through skill development, certifications and licenses. M- F 7am - 5pm. 45+ hrs per week. OT pay. PTO. Holiday pay. This is outdoor work in the heat. You must to like to work and must have good health and eating habits to endure. If you are going to train as a climber, you must like extreme sports and not be afraid of heights (with safety gear). Ground technicians will do a variety of jobs ranging from small equipment operation, tree fertilizing, mulching, tree planting, airspading and more.
