Prospera Property Management is hiring for the following positions:: • Lead Maintenance Technician Maintain buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. 5 years’ experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must have a High School Diploma or GED • Maintenance Technician: Assist in maintaining buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. 2 years’ experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must and must have a High School Diploma or GED • Porter: Responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed.
