We make a commitment to you too – helping you embark on a career with a path to strong growth and constant support in your path to higher career levels! 2 Full Time Janitorial positions with the typical work weeks consisting of: Monday - Friday 6:00Am - 2:30Pm, - FT - 2 position 3 Part Time Janitorial Position with the typical work weeks consisting of: Monday - Friday 6:00 Pm - 10:00 Pm Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness of the buildings (sweep, Mop, dust, empty trash, and, Vacuum) - Stripping - Wax - Carpet cleaning - Ensure all common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting for patrons - Maintain clean, safe work environment - Adhere to all sanitation guidelines - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Demonstrate a good attitude with pride in your work - Fast worker showing initiative and follow through - Bilingual English-Spanish, a plus but not required - Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies - Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 8 hours - Available to work overtime or weekends if needed - Need to be able to start work immediately CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Must have previous janitorial experience - Must have a clean background check - Must have a valid driver's license - Must have a keen eye for details - Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean assigned areas - Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate others - Must have reliable transportation
