We are looking to expand our team. Looking for experienced roofers and general laborers that do not supervision, that are self motivated, and hard working. We believe in fair work for fair pay. Scope of Work: - Application of roofing: all roofing systems (TPO, shingles, tile, ect) - Tear off and removal of roofs - Construction of decks Responsibilities: Roof maintenance - Operate machinery - Safely work at heights - Daily use of hand tools and power tools - Reliable transportation Requirements: 1-3 years experience. Must have a strong work ethic, be safety conscious, highly dependable, quality workmanship and able to work as part of a team. Looking for long-term/permanent employees who want to grow with our team. Drivers license is a plus Pay rate starts off at $17.00-$30.00/hr or piece rate, depending on your production. $500-$2000 bonus based off of experience and production
