FT/PT Status: Full Time Shift: Day Hourly Rate: $15.50/hr. Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods, Inc. is a locally owned, successful regional produce manufacturer and is one of the largest independently owned produce companies in the Pacific Northwest. We have been growing exponentially and are looking for a strong team to help drive the company forward. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Answer and route incoming phone calls - Greet and direct customers and vendors - Organize and repack sales orders - Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. - Print labels for individual items and containers - Complete workflow spreadsheets and communicating via email with customers - Assistance in maintaining physical label stock - Other duties as assigned Requirements for this position are as follows: - Professional demeanor and phone etiquette - Ability to multitask - Impeccable attendance - Open availability, specifically working weekends and holidays - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Preference given to candidates with previous receptionist or administrative experience Benefits after meeting required eligibility include: Medical / Dental / PTO / 401(k) and a $1,000 bonus incentive.
