APARTMENT GROUNDSKEEPER NEEDED - Immediate Start + Weekly Pay Pay ranges from $15.00 - $16.00 an hour based on experience and certifications. JOB DESCRIPTION As our Porter/Groundskeeper, you will be expected to maintain a luxurious appearance of the property while providing world class customer service. You will also be helping with organization around the office and maintenance areas, to ensure the safety of the team members and residents. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the exterior and interior areas of the apartment complex. You may be ask to assist with other duties as well. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO: - Have a reliable source of transportation - Be able to start immediately - Be able to pass a background screening If you are registered with another staffing agency, WE PAY MORE!
