I have a rental unit that needs trouble shooting, Breakers, plugs, switches etc. Normally, I do all my own electrical, including meter loops and electrical panels but I don't have time to get to it. I'm not hiring contractors or sub Contractors. I'm paying by the hr. If you finish early, I will still pay you for the whole day depending on what you ask hrly. If you know how to follow directions, text me your name, age, years experience and desired hrly wage. For the safety of my tenants children, I will run a criminal background check and you must have a Tx issued ID or TWIC card. Minor offences On background doesn't matter to me. Only hard core criminals will not be considered. If you are interested, I have various jobs that need to be done. Such as installation of electrical panel and wiring a shed for power. Some clean up, burning up a pile of degree and more. I'm easy to get along with so long as you respect others and behave accordingly. I pay cash when job is completed correctly.
