Found Orange Cat

Orange, smaller sized, male (I believe) cat was found crying outside my house this morning, Tuesday June 8th. Kind of on the thin side with a squinty, watery and possibly infected eye and sneezing. Needs to see a vet. I'm on a limited income and can only afford limited care depending on what's wrong with this poor baby. He's been fed and given water but until I know what's wrong with him, I don't dare bring him inside as I have other pets that could possibly be exposed.
