Attention Landlords! Grant money for apartment repairs to address code violations is being provided through the Vermont State Rental Rehab Program. Applications are now open. Through this program, landlords can receive a grant of up to $30,000 per rental unit (maximum award limit of 15 units per owner applies) to bring vacant units back online.
