PART-TIME COMMERCIAL CLEANER NEEDED

A well respected Nashville based Commercial cleaning company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau has an immediate need for either an individual or subcontractor to clean a medical related office we have in Sweetwater, TN. Cleaning frequency is 6 days per week (Monday thru Saturday). Cleaning time is after the facility closes. The facility measures approximately 5600 sq.ft. and should take approximately 2 to 3 hours to clean. We prefer someone with medical related experience or at least someone that is trainable. Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check, be drug free, must be reliable, able to work independently, follow the scope of work and work well with our customer. Advancement is possible. The opportunity pays well; paid every two for individuals, monthly for subcontractors, either by check or direct deposit. If you have any skills such as stripping & waxing, window cleaning, etc., let us know. those types of services pay extra.
