Description
ROLE STATEMENT:
The Fracturing Operator will be a member of the Fracturing Department responsible for preparing the well site for operation, mixing and pumping fluids during each stage of the fracturing job, and completing the operation safely.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and drive Fracturing Equipment
Complete regular inventory and maintenance checks on Fracturing Equipment
Complete rig in and rig out duties
Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment Policies & Procedures
Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team
SCHEDULE:
Local and Rotational: Fourteen (14) days on, Seven (7) days off
Schedule alternates between days and nights
COMPENSATION:
Competitive Hourly Rate plus Overtime

Per Diem up to $30/day while working outside of District and no meal provided
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided
Company provided housing and Travel Allowance for Non-Local employees
Hourly Premium provided for Local employees
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Valid Class A CDL or CDL Permit preferred
Satisfactory Driving Record for last 3 years
Previous industry related experience preferred
EXTENSIVE TRAINING:
Every new hire attends Orientation and Training School (OaTS) in San Antonio, TX
