3 rats and some fishies

Our family is moving out of state in 6 months and I want to make sure I find great homes for our 3 rats and several fish. I have 2 female rats, one is a blue velveteen/rex cross, the other is a red eye champagne with silky soft fur. We have one hairless dumbo male. All are extremely friendly. The girls are 2 years old and the boy is around 6-8 months. The girls come with a large standing cage with a separation in it. And the boy will come with his own cage. The boy lives alone because he was constantly picking on the older boy I had and we hold him frequently so he seems to be doing fine. I have 2 blue groumis, 2 Bala sharks, 2 long skirt black tetra, 3 long fin red skirt tetras, and a couple guppies. I am asking fees for all to ensure no one is wanting them to harm them or looking for an impulse buy. Please message me for pictures.
