Lamp Helper needed in Downtown Houston! $13 per hour Full-time Monday thru Friday The Lighting Technician is responsible for an established and repetitive maintenance route each month where interior and exterior lighting maintenance is performed for multiple customer locations. The Lighting Technician completes reactive and preventative lighting maintenance work orders for routine repairs and installation. - Strong communication skills to communicate with tenants and vendors - Basic computers skills (Work order input into system) -Maintenance, repair, electrical, or painting experience a plus, but not required (will train)
