found black and white tuxedo cat

found this little guy wandering around my hood a couple days ago. friendly and approachable, so certainly raised around people. i couldn't feel a microchip in his neck. i've been bringing him canned food and water. can't hold onto him in my home, as i've got two cats of my own and can't risk stress/disease.
