The following qualities are essential for the proper candidate: Must have verifiable pool repair experience Must have knowledge of heaters, automation, VS pumps, salt systems, drain and cleans, plumbing, etc. Ability to work independently Ability to communicate with customers and management Must have a clean driving record Ability to work in the heat Must have good references in terms of reliability to show up everyday. Full time $15-$18++/hour depending on experience. Drug free workplace.
