Job Description - Commercial Exterior Painter General Contractor is looking for exterior painters and preppers for our commercial and multi-family projects in Orange County. Candidates must exhibit professionalism and be willing to learn and execute a detailed paint specification. Painters must have experience with commercial and multi-family projects. Candidates must have knowledge of extension ladder, boom lift and airless spray rig safety. Painters must understand and practice excellent masking, temping, building and surface preparation. NO OVERSPRAYERS. Preppers must have experience with stucco, wood and Hardie board repairs. Painters and preppers with stucco crack repair experience is desired. Painters and preppers with their own equipment preferred; ladders, spray rigs, spray guns, etc. All candidates must possess an active and valid drivers license or other state identification, and pass an I-9 employment eligibility verification. We are a general contractor specializing in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Homeowners Associations and multi-family communities. We have projects year round located in Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles. We are looking for excellent painters, preppers, masons and carpenters who would like a chance to become part of our team.
