Handyman needed for a growing western suburbs property maintenance company. Looking for a part time maintenance/handyman to complete various work orders on townhome, condo and residential properties in the western suburbs. If you're looking to add to your work load, this is the perfect opportunity for you to fill your week with continual work. Must be motivated and be able to take on projects on your own. Looking for a well rounded individual with strong understanding of many facets of repair, remodeling and maintenance, both indoor and out. Reliable, clean transportation (truck or van preferred) is necessary. Must have basic tools to handle most jobs. Currently, this position could be great to fill in 1-3 days of your week with the possibility of becoming closer to 40hrs.
