Looking for a responsible roommate

I am looking for a home in Gilbert, Mesa, chandler or surrounding area. With the prices going up, I would need a roommate. A roommate that can afford $800 a month every month. Maybe even less. I am looking at homes around $ 1900 plus a month. I am private person, I have a child. If I can find a home w separate entrances, so you can have your area and I have mine, if not it’s ok. Most important besides the obvious is keeping your area clean. Absolutely no smoking in the home or drugs of any sorts, sorry Not thc friendly / unless it’s for cancer, pain ect. I had a son 23 yrs old him and I was raising his little guy and he paid me $800 a month. Now he went to heaven and I have his son “ my grandson”. I need to get things back to whatever is normal now.
