I'm looking for someone to handle lawn maintenance and occasional pool skimming and cleaning as needed at my property located on Grandview Avenue near Subway, Beer World, Etc. The lawn is 1/4 Acre and will require edging and cutting back overgrowth in a few areas of the property. The lawn generally takes around an hour, and needs to be mowed weekly. Obviously there will be some additional time fiddling with the weedwacker, refueling, etc. During the week is preferred, any time after 9am. We also have a medium sized pool which will need the occasional skim, vacuum, and chemical adjustment. Time spent on this can be billed hourly. Prior knowledge here preferred. All tools, materials, and fuel will be provided, including a 2cycle leaf blower, 4 cycle self propelled lawnmower, and 2cycle gas weedwacker, all currently in excellent maintained running condition. During the winter months this can also be a snow removal gig, and there is a small 2 cycle blower at the property for the driveway. Please note there's some Poison Ivy on the property and if you're not careful it'll get ya. Just don't roll in it and you're fine. Payment needs to be through Venmo or Paypal exclusively, please have an account or be willing to get one. Sorry, no cash, check, or other payment methods will be considered.
