Description

We are looking to hire a sub-contractor who can complete property inspections for bank owned properties. Some inspections include occupancy inspections, signage postings, routine inspections, and many other kinds of inspections. These inspections require many photos to be taken through an APP and uploaded to our system. We pay per inspection completed, you are expected to provide all requested photos per work order for full payment. You must have all you own equipment including reliable vehicle (supply your own fuel), smartphone, computer, and printer. Payments are sent out on the 1st and 15th of every month. Right now we have a large volume of inspections that need completed. We are looking for someone who can complete inspections in the following counties Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Pinellas, citrus, and Osceola. The volume of inspection vary from month to month. They pay $7-$10 per inspection. Typical can complete 15-25 inspection per day. Prefer someone with experience in this field of work, but willing to train the right applicant.
