I currently run a small auto repair business out of my home garage. I don't do it to get rich. I do it as a service to help those in the community with a fair and honest repair of their car. In the process it feeds my family so it has been a blessing for both the community and my family. Unfortunately the time has come to move my family. Thankfully we have found a place to live in this difficult housing market! Unfortunately, there's no place to continue to run my small business at the new place. So, I am trying to find a place I can continue to run my auto repair business. I only need room enough for 2 cars to be worked on, with a small amount of parking outside. I only really need power and would like it to be close to Rexburg as this is where my customer base is. I would pay to use the space and power, which can be negotiated.
