Kauai Coffee is seeking a Finish Goods Warehouse Worker to support our Roast Plant in Kalaheo! This position is Full-Time, benefit eligible and a long term opportunity. We are looking for a candidate with the following experience: -Strong interpersonal and communication skills that promote cooperation and collaboration -Leadership skills that exhibit integrity, ownership and “can-do” attitude -Exceptional problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and meet priorities -Self starter, works well and must be willing to work independently -Thorough understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems and procedures (inventory flow from order entry to final shipment) -Required knowledge of warehouse inventory management procedures -PC skills required but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Supervisory or management experience in a warehousing and or logistical environment preferred -Must be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. unassisted -Forklift Certification is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
