Looking for a skilled handyman, carpenter or contractor to help with rehabbing houses I purchase to flip. Will be working under a foreman’s direction to start. Pay will be per hour or job; not looking for someone to come in and rehab a whole house with their own crew. Currently have work in Boerne and in San Antonio. Prefer that you have some experience in carpentry, sheetrock, painting, texture, remodel. Pay will depend on experience and there is room to grow. Reliability and trust is a must and looking to build a good working relationship with someone. Do not want someone who has a history of working a few days then not showing up. Please, no ex cons / felons. Best if have some tools of your own and a working cell phone.
