Lee Capital Advisors, has an immediate need for a part time (30-36 hours), Building Superintendent to perform maintenance and janitorial tasks. This individual must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm, and be flexible to provide after hours emergency or weekend coverage. Tasks would include: Minor electrical and plumbing repair. General repairs in tenant apartments, turnover of tenant apartments, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas, trash and snow removal. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year previous experience in the maintenance and janitorial area with proven skills in electrical and plumbing. Must live within 30 minutes of the work location. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.50 per hour plus year end and leasing bonus
