I will walk you through making delicious traditional butter truffles in this easy, fun class. You'll be taking home about 2 dozen truffles! I have been teaching chocolate classes for almost 12 years now and I truly love it. My Chocolate Truffle Class is fun for all ages, from 8 to 98. I will provide all supplies and ingredients so all you have to bring is yourself and all of your friends. I will teach you how to make traditional chocolate butter truffles and how to flavor them in a variety of interesting ways. You will get to choose from all manner of herbs, spices, and flavorings to create chocolates in your own unique style. This class is hands on and messy! Wear clothes you can cook in, tie your hair back, take your jewelry off, and lets dig in! I have been teaching chocolate classes for over 12 years now and I truly love it.
