You Must be experienced in this kind of work or have plenty of stamina and focus. Someone who: —-has a flexible schedule, as jobs often come up last minute —-who works hard, has stamina to go up and down stairs, work all day, and carry up to 90 pounds no problem. —can remain focused on the job(s) and day at hand. Not playing or texting on your phone. —Google Maps savvy, able to get to jobs with no issues. I don’t have time for laziness or people who text or check their phones often. You’ll have work every week. If you’re good you’ll have work often times everyday or with full time hours. If you speak Portuguese or Spanish that’s a plus too.
