Construction Inspectors Needed ASAP!!***IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS** :Construction Inspector (2 years+) or Senior Inspector (6 yrs min) Non-negotiable experience: Experience with concrete and structural steel - Minimum of 3 years Experience with MEP – Minimum of 3 years ESCR – Job requirements include a Degree of Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management, minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, NICET level III or IV, ACI concrete inspection certificate, OSHA 30 hours certificate, and NYC DDC water main training (preferred) Must also have: Degree in construction management/engineering preferred - or equivalent combination of education and years of experience. OSHA 10 minimum, (OSHA 30 Great) Proficiency using Microsoft Visio, Excel Effective time management and organizational skills Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with client, contractors (builders), and team members. Inspect jobs per approved policies/procedures, plans, change orders or revisions. Maintain positive relationships with all program participants. Coordinate the feedback as needed to all parties involved in the project, which include the contractors and Construction Manager. Provide timely notifications to Construction Manager of any schedule deviations. Monitor contractor compliance with site safety requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions. Ensure project documents are completed, collected and signed in a timely manner. Perform daily, weekly, monthly reporting and data collection duties as assigned by management team.
