Do you have a broad understanding of the maintenance needs of commercial buildings? Can you inspect roofs, HVAC, plumbing systems; and identify exterior and interior structural damage? Do you have handyman experience taking care of problems, and projects? And do you have reliable transportation? We are City Wide Facility Solutions, and we are looking for handymen to handle these tasks, with the support of an off-site facilities manager from City Wide. Ideal candidate attributes: ● Experience in commercial building maintenance, such as handyman, building Super, or part of a facility management team. ● Must be an independent contractor with insurance coverage. ● Fluent in English ● Detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments. ● Professional demeanor ● Strong verbal, email, and written communication skills ● Positive and out-going personality ● Must have reliable transportation.
