Are you new to dance? Need a way to boost your spirits? Look no further than this Bellydance for Healing beginner series!
In just 4 weeks, we’ll learn the basics: slides, circles, figure 8’s and shimmies. We’ll also explore the benefits of practicing a few simple healing exercises from gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Come learn and practice the fundamentals at a luxuriously gentle pace. All ages, shapes and movement abilities welcome. Extra hip scarves will be provided. Please secure your spot ASAP, as class size is limited.
