SEEKING Pet groomer for low-income senior citizen

I have an elderly lady friend that is very poor but still gives home to dogs that are not so well if anyone knows of a groomer for these two dogs one is about 5 lb the other is about 13 lb that would come to the home and has the ability to do everything from nails to ears to shampoo and of course nice grooming and would be willing to do it for a very reasonable low fee that would be very nice please let me know thank you
