Metal Polisher - Material Handler

We are currently hiring a Polisher to work at our Riviera Beach location. Candidates must have experience in buffing and polishing and/or grinding various aluminum metal parts. Must have a willingness to learn, and be reliable. No experience? No problem! We will provide hands on training! Duties include, but not limited to: •Polishing, buffing and finishing metal or steel articles to remove excess metal or surface defects •Selecting belt or wheel according to grain size, type or finish specified •Examining and feeling surface of metal to detect defects, such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal •Ensuring strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of visual quality parts Specific qualifications include: •Previous buffing and polishing experience •Aluminum boating parts knowledge helpful •Superior attention to detail •Good organizational skills •Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently •Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout ten hour shifts •Positive attitude and team player Benefits may include: • Health, dental, and vision coverage • Employer paid life insurance • 401(k) with generous company match • Flex spending • Paid time off • Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace
