Chateau Lake Terrace apartments will be conducting an on-site job fair this Wednesday 6/9 between the hours of 11am to 2pm. We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for a skilled Make Ready Technician. Responsibilities: • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and routine preventative maintenance. • Monitoring physical condition of community, pick up grounds and report any issues. • Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling. • HVAC experience in a PLUS. • Must be dependable and have own transportation. $16/HR + GREAT BENEFITS $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS ($750 UPFRONT and $750 AFTER 90 DAYS) 35% RENTAL DISCOUNT Make ready/maintenance/construction professionals are encouraged to stop by our leasing office at 1610 Robert E Lee Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70122.
