ResponsibilitiesRacking and stacking servers in a data center environmentPreparing completed racks for shipment and installationConnecting all Ethernet and power cords neatly and routing per build specificationsResolve problems with hardware, software and network failuresMonitor and track all activity in ticketing systemTicket triage and escalation to the appropriate levelWorking with hand toolsMaintain server build and release SLA Key QualificationsExperience working in computer and IT environmentsKnowledge of Cat6 and/or Fiber networking cablesPrevious experience working with bill of materials documents and detailed assembly instructions2+ years of professional work experience or relevant educational experience and certificationsCommitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to multitask and manage prioritiesAbility to work with minimal supervisionHigh degree of professionalism We have an opening for Monday-Friday 7 am to 5 pm Pay for this position is $19.00/hr. plus overtime as needed.
