What is The Lagree Method? In each 45-minute Lagree fitness class, you will experience a challenging, instructor-led workout that combines cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility for unparalleled results.
The movements are slow and controlled to activate slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers. Transitions between exercises are minimal but quick, making the workout more effective. Each class is different so your muscles stay challenged — and so you never get bored!
What to expect: a foundational class to teach everyone how to use a megaformer, followed by champagne and lunch at The North Market Bridge Park (if you choose to stay)!
